Day 1 WAHOOO – on the road again. 
Samson is reaady to help daddy work

Uh – doing what they did best on the trip…sleeping. 
fresh as a flower...after her morning nap!
Today started bright and early, but even though we drove almost 13 hours we didn’t even make it all the way across Texas!
WOW that’s a huge state…over 800 miles wide, ugh. 
So needless to say, today was not the most exciting of the vacation. The highlight was when Christina drove…and the speed limit was 80MPH!!!!!!!! 
I thought I was going to DIE! :-D No – seriously, she did fabulous…it was just intimidating going that fast. Other than that, lots of windmills, 
several goats, some beautiful bluebonnets, 
and a fabulous sunset. 
Off to rest to start driving again early in the morning!
